A method for treating ocular hypertension and glaucoma, which comprises an administration of eye drops comprising a 15-keto-prostaglandin compound as a n active ingredient to a subject in need of such treatment in a single administration volume of at least 20.mu.muL/eye is disclosed. According to t he present method, the intraocular pressure reducing effect of the compound is surprisingly augmented.
