摘要 FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of food composition, and adding in whipped cream salt, curry, fine-cut sweet pepper, powdered black pepper, fine-shredded greens, and powdered nutmeg. Simultaneously, preparation of bread is conducted from rye wholemeal flour, dark wheat flour, rye fermented malt and other components. Then bread is levelled with a shredder and cut to height. After greasing and connecting of pieces of food composition, its side and upper surfaces are greased, and bread is cooled at temperature 2-4 C for 25-35 min.
