FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is designed for exercising straight and oblique muscles of eye in accordance with program involving concentration of patient's visual attention on objects in the form of luminous points. Apparatus has casing, spherical light-impermeable device fixed on casing, and device for rigid retaining of patient's head. Spherical device has at least eight movable objects circumferentially fixed on internal surface thereof in plane perpendicular to optical axis of patient's eye at a distance of 140-180 mm from patient's eyes. Tube is connected to spherical device. In the process of exercising muscle of eye, patient's sight follows displacements of luminous points and, depending on direction of movement of objects, all groups of muscles of eye are sequentially involved into exercising procedure. Apparatus provides free mobility of eyeballs in different directions and may be used by grownup people and children. EFFECT: increased efficiency in development of eye mobility. 4 dwg |
