<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture continuously bags wherein welded ends of the bottom part and the shoulder part are sealed at right angle to the side face of a tube and each with a different width in the same mold by making a top force into a shape wherein the sealed parts of the bottom part and the shoulder part are crossed with the side face of the tube by a straight line and they are each a cap shape and a Mt. Fuji shape CONSTITUTION:A top force 2 for the bottom part of a bag has approximately a cap shape and has a hole 4 for molding a hole 4' for hanging the bag at the center and the upper part of the mold 2 has a straight line, namely a shape wherein the sealed part of the bag crosses the side face of a tube by a straight line. In addition, a top force 3 for the shoulder part and the boat part of the bag has approximately a shape like Mt. Fuji and the central part thereof has a structure wherein a boat can be inserted and bonded, namely the top part of approximately Mt. Fuji shape is an unsealed structure and has a hole 5 for molding a hole 5' for fixing the bag when a boat is inserted and welded at the central part of the shoulder part and the lower part of the mold 3 has a shape of straight line, namely, a shape wherein the sealed part of the bag crosses the side face of the tube by a straight line.</p> |
