PURPOSE: A hoping frequency generation and management system is provided to group predetermined frequencies within a predetermined frequency band, and to transmit indexes only of each group, thereby minimizing the number of information transmitted during an initialization process. CONSTITUTION: A base(100) comprises as follows. A frequency information operating module(300) confirms frequencies usable in a frequency band, and indexes the usable frequencies, then groups the frequencies to operate information on which frequencies belong to the groups. A random number generator(306) generates the first random number group and the second random number. A frequency group information operating module(302) indexes each frequency group to select a frequency group used in substantial communication by corresponding to the first random number group, and operates information of the same frequency groups as an index of the selected frequency group. A hoping frequency table operating module(304) generates a hoping frequency table by using frequency information included in the selected frequency group and the second random number, and operates the frequency table. |
