PURPOSE: A pulley pressure control system of a transmission is provided to stabilize torque and improve motion transmission efficiency by controlling supply of the pressing force and elastic force in a pulley. CONSTITUTION: A pulley pressure control system comprises a pressure application device for applying at least one of a pressing force and an elastic force to a movable disk(1a), in which the pressing force applied to the movable disk regulates a rotation speed of a pulley(1) by shifting a position of an endless belt(3) on the pulley and the elastic force applied to the movable disk regulates torque using a frictional force; a pressure supply path being formed with a pressing force supply path(55A) having one of pressing ends caused by both primary and secondary compressing devices responsive to two instructions and variable press-controlling directly the movable disk, and an elastic force supply path(50A) having the other of the pressing ends and variably press-controlling the variable disk indirectly through the elastic device; two driving sources individually disposed to two compressing devices to individually drive each supply path responsive to each instruction; and a control device for providing an instruction for each driving source. The controlling device selects the pressing force and/or the elastic force and regulating values of the pressing force and the elastic force.
