This invention concerns a gadget to stagnate water in case of flooding and it is essentially characterized by its two articulate plates (1) that form an angle between them + 0 DEG up to - 180 DEG . Each plate is surrounded by a rubber outline (4) in at least three sides; being tied together through at least two hinges (2) functioning as an axis, allowing its articulations. It has at least an extendable / reducible element of horizontal action (3) that, when activated, will alter the angle between the plates, pressing the rubber of the sides against the doorposts.
