PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely excellent floor mat generating no warpage at all while ensuring slip and crack preventing functions and capable of also reducing the generation of fungi. SOLUTION: The floor mat is constituted of a low water permeable layer (1) comprising polyethylene, a cork sheet (2) formed from cork broken pieces (21) and a binder resin (20), a rubber/cork sheet (3) formed as a sheetlike body from a binder resin (30) mixed with cork broken pieces (31) and rubber broken pieces (32) and the coating layer (4) formed on the surface of the core sheet (2). The low water permeable layer (1) and the cork sheet (2) are integrally laminated on the rubber/cork sheet (3) in this order to obtain the floor mat.
