PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writer of a display member capable of writing patient's name information to the display member carried on the side face of a carrier for a medicine so as to be freely written and erased and automatically attaching and detaching it to/from the carrier. SOLUTION: An attaching/detaching and transferring means 10 for attaching/ detaching and transferring a rewrite card 1 to the carrier T carrying the rewrite card 1 is disposed, a write means 20 for writing and displaying the patient's name information on the rewrite card 1 is connected to the attaching/detaching and transferring means 10, the respective means are controlled on the basis of prescription information and the rewrite card 1 is attached/detached to/from the side face of the carrier T.
