PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser therapeutic unit which is reduced in load of adjusting aiming light quantity to enable a doctor to efficiently cure a patient. SOLUTION: This laser therapeutic unit is equipped with an aiming light source to emit aiming light for aligning a cured position, a light guiding optical system with a scanning optical system to scan the aiming light and the curing laser light on the cured position, a scanning control system which repeatedly scans the aiming light on a scanning area upon aligning and drives the scanning optical system with speed to allow to observe almost a whole of the scanning area continuously connected by the afterimages, and a light quantity adjusting means to adjust light quantity of the aiming light source corresponding to a size of the scanning area upon aligning.
