<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and simple dehumidifier which has high dehumidifying capability, is recycled semipermanently and consumes no electricity. SOLUTION: Since a dehumidification agent 2 is filled into a plurality of metal cylinders 3 and a plurality of through-holes 1 are formed in the metal cylinders 3, the contact area of the dehumidification agent 2 and indoor air can largely be taken. Furthermore, since a plurality of cylinders are spaced in almost parallel, an indoor air flow can pass through between the cylinders, thereby a layer (so-called boundary layer) in which air does not move to the cylinder surface is hardly formed. Because the outer side surfaces of the metal cylinders 3 are made into a dark color such as black or brown by a paint or surface treatment, when the dehumidifier is exposed to the sun after the dehumidification agent 2 fully absorbes humidity, the sunlight is efficiently absorbed in the metal by a dark color effect. Furthermore, a high temperature is maintained by the effect that the heat capacity of the metal is large, and unlike the case that the dehumidification agent 2 is directly exposed to the sun, the dehumidification agent 2 is efficiently heated to emit the humidity included inside to the atmosphere and is regenerated.</p> |
