The movable die plate 4 is connected to the front surface of a backup plate 2 through four coil springs 9. The nuts 12 of ball screws 10 are fixed to the two corners mutually corresponding to diagonal positions of the backup plate 2, respectively. The screw shafts 11 of the ball screws 10 penetrate the backup plate 2 through the nuts 12. The front end parts of the screw shafts 11 are connected freely rotatably to the fixed die plate 3, and the rear end parts are connected to a motor 20 through pulleys 22 and timing belts 23.
