PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper holding belt which is capable of holding a throw-away diaper to a home position, lessens sweatinessm, does not restrict movement and lessens the feel of uncomfortableness and to provide a throw-away diaper using in combination with the same. SOLUTION: This belt 1 has hook-and-loop fasteners 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d and 3 at the intermediate portion and end in the longitudinal direction on its one surface and has hook-and-loop fastener adherend portions 4 on the other surface of the belt 1. The hook-and-loop fasteners 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d of the intermediate portion are freely attachably and detachably engaged with the hook-and-loop fastener adherend portions 6 disposed on the back side of the waist region of the throw-away diaper 5. The hook-and-loop fastener 3 of the end is freely attachably and detachably engaged with the hook-and-loop fastener adherend portion 4 disposed at the other surface of the belt 1. The right and left hook- and-loop fasteners disposed at the abdomen side of the waist region of the throw-away diaper 5 are freely attachably and detachably engaged with the hook-and-loop fastener adherend portion 4 of the belt 1.
