PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter having a ring, capable of exhibiting excellent effect by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This adapter 10 having a ring comprises a screw body 7 threadedly attached to a fixing hole of a material to be fixed and a ring body 8 rotatably binding to the screw body 7. A connecting part of the screw body 7 to the ring body 8 comprises a receiving hole 11 formed in a head 9 of the screw body 7 and a shaft part 12 protrusively installed in the ring body 8. The shaft part 12 is freely fitted in the receiving hole 11. A caulking part 13 is provided along an opening edge of the receiving hole 11 and the caulking part 13 is caulked by a neck part 14 of the ring body 8.
