PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wash cabinet with handrails which can be used also as an armrest to rest the elbows and arms. SOLUTION: Handrails (8), which double as an armrest (9) to rest the elbows or the arms beyond the elbows when a user washes his/her face, brushes teeth, or rinses the mouth, are placed on a counter (2) with a basin (5).
