PURPOSE: Provided are an immunological formulation or a diagnostic kit for cardiac disease using an adenylate kinase isozyme 2. Particularly, the immunological formulation is an antibody which is linked to a detection label and selectively bound to a marker for cardiac disease composed of adenylate kinase isozyme 2. CONSTITUTION: The immunological formulation for diagnosis of cardiac disease contains a detection label linked antibody, wherein the antibody is selectively bound to adenylate kinase isozyme 2; the detection label is selected from the group consisting of a radioisotope label, an enzyme cofactor, a chemiluminescent compound, a luminescent material, biotin, and the like. The detection kit comprises the detection label linked antibody and its carrier.
