PURPOSE: A method and device for watching data of a window under an application program window is provided to watch data of a window of the lower application program although a window of the upper application program covers data of the window of the lower application program in the case that windows of application programs are overlapped. CONSTITUTION: In the case that a small window of an application is loaded on a large window of an application, data of the large window is covered by the small window. For watching the covered data, the data on a covered row(or column) are pushed toward the lower portion. Otherwise, the window of the covered portion are divided into a covered row(or column) or a non-covered portion virtually, and data of the covered virtual window are extended toward horizontally(or vertically), and the data are watched using a scroll. Thus, the upper window(2-2) is displayed for being separated from the lower window(2-3).
