<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a control system for a bottle forming machine and facilitate machine adjustment to enhance productivity by simplifying machine operation. SOLUTION: A machine cycle time is set on the bottle forming machine. Mechanism or the like is cycled during one machine-cycle time. Analysis and control of the machine-cycle is facilitated by defining a computer model of mathematical expression of a network constraint chart for an unwrapped bottle forming process which requires a completion time longer than two machine- cycle.</p> |
