PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid enabling high-accuracy measurement by preventing measuring abnormality due to reagent taken from another item in simultaneously analyzing a number of items using a clinical examination automatic analyzer, a manufacturing method for the liquid, and a cleaning method using the liquid. SOLUTION: This alkaline cleaning liquid for clinical examination automatic analyzer is characterized by containing two or more kinds of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether-base nonionic surface active agents different in cloud point and having a cloud point ranging from 36 to 50 deg.C.
