ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay and its manufacturing method which do not generate a looseness in a fixed part by heat and can easily ensure assembly dimension accuracy. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic relay is provided with a movable contact assembly in which an armature 22 made of magnetic metal plate is joined to a movable contact spring block integrated in mutually electrically insulated state that a plurality of metallic movable contact springs 201 and 202 with movable contacts 15 and 16, respectively. The movable contact spring block has an integrated part in which a plurality of movable contact springs are mutually combined by an insulating material, by exposing parts 211 and 212 of a plurality of movable contact springs 201 and 202 to the outside in a state to be flush with the mounting face of the armature 22. The movable contact assembly is composed by fixing parts 211 and 212 of the movable contact spring exposed to the outside of the integrated part and the armature 22 by uniting the metals mutually.
