PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silica gel electrolyte film which includes a large amount of phosphosilicate gel derived by sol-gel method, has a function as a solid electrolyte film and is easy in treatment, a fuel cell using this and a production method of the silica gel electrolyte film. SOLUTION: The silica gel electrolyte film including phosphosilicate gel, polymer and inorganic fiber (Sepiolite is desirable) and being less than 300% (mass percentage) in inclusion ratio of the phosphosilicate gel against the polymer and the fuel cell using this, are provided in the invention. The silica gel electrolyte film is produced by acquiring membranous body from liquid composition (embrocation) including each element described above at the predetermined amount and by hardening these elements to acquire the silica gel electrolyte film. |
