PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless plant input/output system in which the transmission efficiency has been improved at a low cost. SOLUTION: An I/O data transmitting and receiving device 102, compares the output data from a plant controller 101 with its previously transmitted output data, extracts changed portion and wirelessly transmits it to a plant. Also, I/O data transmitting and receiving device 104, compares the output data from a remote I/O device 105 with its previously transmitted output data, extracts the changed portion and wirelessly transmits it to the plant controller. In this way, the transmission load for bidirectional output data between the plant controller 101 and the remote I/O device 105 is reduced, highly efficient bidirectional wireless transmission becomes possible.
