<p>The inventive method consists in chapping a plate and deforming the edge thereof by ultrasonic forging. Said edge is placed between conic surfaces of hammer heads used for forming a wedge edge on the plate. The end of the plate is eased during the chapping thereof. Said method can consist in cutting the blank part from a semimanufactured plate. The cut surface is transformed into a cutting edge in the case of a forging clearance formed by at least one forging die of the ultrasonic forging device. The cut surface of the blank part is transformed into the cutting edge by means of the die. Prior to transforming the cut surface into the cutting edge, the blank part is treated in such a way that it is provided with a rounded cross section along the entire cut surface. The end of the blank part is embodied in the rounded form.</p> |
