发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING STAINLESS STEEL COMPOSITE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a stainless steel composite material is provided which improves productivity by manufacturing the composite material equipped with a surface composite layer that is not delaminated, uniformed, relatively thick and has high hardness and superior abrasion resistance in the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a stainless steel composite material comprises the steps of preparing stainless steel as a matrix (S10); composing a mixture of reinforcing particles and solvent powder (S20); coating the mixture on the upper part of the stainless steel (S30); and projecting an acceleration electron beam onto the upper part of the mixture coated stainless steel (S50), wherein the matrix is SUS 304 stainless steel, AISI 316 stainless steel, or corresponding austenitic stainless steel, the reinforcing particles are TiC powder, mixed powder of Ti and C, or MC (M=Ti, V and Nb) shaped carbide powder, the solvent powder is CaF2 or fluoride based solvent, the mixture of the reinforcing particles and solvent powder is prepared by a dry mixing method, the mixture of the reinforcing particles and solvent powder comprises about 40 wt.% of the solvent powder, and the step of projecting the acceleration electron beam is performed in the electron beam energy range of 1.0 to 2.5 MeV.
