<p>A grease filling chamber for filling grease for seal members for sealing compression gas is arranged so that it can be easily formed so as to prevent grease shortage. A gas spring (7) comprises a cylinder main body (20), a rod member (21) slidably fitted in the cylinder main body (20), a gas filling chamber (23) formed in the interior of the cylinder main body (20) and filled with compression gas (22), seal members (25, 26) mounted on both ends of the gas filling chamber (23) to seal the clearance between the cylinder main body (20) and the rod member (21), ring members (27, 28) mounted at the end of the gas filling chamber (23) in the vicinity of the seal members (25, 26) for partitioning the gas filling chamber (23); therefore, annular grease filling chambers (29, 30) can be easily formed between the seal members (25, 26) and the ring members (27, 28) for filling grease, so that grease shortage can be prevented by filling grease (44) in the grease filling chambers (29, 30).</p> |
