The spring element takes the form of a hollow cylinder (i) consisting of a material based on polyisocyanate polyaddition products, with is cavity made narrower by means of at least one rim (ii) provided with at least one cutout running in the axial direction of the cylinder. An Independent claim is also included for a method for producing such a spring element. It involves producing two adjoined spring elements, and subsequently separating them.
