A track-independent wheeled forging manipulator, it comprises a walking chassis, a peel assembly and a working carriage, wherein a shaft at both sides of a peel casing is mounted in a bearing provided in a swing support trunk of the working carriage, the peel casing and the swing support trunk are impended over in the working carriage by a front and a rear electric chain hoist, a driving block sliding on the swing support trunk is linked to a piston rod of a oil cylinder on the working carriage. Front wheels of the walking chassis are directive wheels. The working carriage and the walking chassis are connected by a turning bearing. The utility models has the advantage of moving forwards and backwards of the peel, besides, the manipulator can turn around a forming saddle.
