Valve comprises a housing (3) and a spring-loaded tube (4) leading from the housing and having an axial discharge channel (5). The end of the tube inside the housing is provided with a valve disk (6) having an upper sealing collar (7) lying in a closed position on a first sealing disk (8) in a pressure- and liquid-tight manner. In a first sliding or tilting position of the upper sealing collar the tube is at least partly lifted from the sealing disk. The tube is provided with a first lateral through flow channel (9) below the sealing collar connected to the discharge channel. The discharge channel is provided in axial continuation with a second through flow channel (10) arranged through the valve disk. The valve disk is provided with a lower sealing collar (11) lying in a closed position on a second sealing disk (12) in a pressure- and liquid-tight manner. The second sealing disk is arranged on an axially moving valve element (13) and is impinged upon by the force of a pressure spring (14). An inner base (15) of the housing is provided with axial protrusion (16) designed as a truncated cylinder. An oblique cutting plane (17) of the protrusion corresponds with an axial conical end (18) of the valve element so that the axial end of the oblique cutting plane is tilted into a second sliding position by the tube. The second sealing disk is partly lifted from the lower sealing collar and the housing is provided with a through flow opening (19).
