4-(aminoethanesulphonylamino)-antipyrine deriv (II) is made by condensing an N-substd. aminoethanesulphonyl halide (I) with 4-aminoantipyrine (II). (where R1 is H, lower alkyl, or acyl; R2 is a lower alkyl, or acyl; when acyl is bivalent, -NR1R2 is -N=Acyl; X is halogen atom, pref. Cl). (III) are useful as pharmaceuticals, such as analgesics and antipyretics, (III) have form of a reaction product between 4-aminoantipyrine, which is itself a low toxic known analgesic and a taurine deriv, which is a deriv. of an essential amino acid having surface-active property.
|
