PURPOSE:To utilize all welding processes by winding directly a sheet on a container, positioning the container, retaining a bonding section of the sheet and moving to a fixed position. CONSTITUTION:A mark or a picture printed on a sheet 1 is sensed by a sensor 5 and cut off by a cutting mechanism 6 into constant length, and said sheet 1 is sucked and retained on the outer periphery of a drum 3 and carried. Both ends of the sheet 1 are retained on sheet retaining sections 21 on both sides of a container retaining section 22 of a rotary table 2. On the other hand, containers 9 fed continuously from a feeding conveyor 91 are transferred to meet the container retaining section 22 of the rotary table 2 by a timing screw 92, meet the container retaining section 22 of the rotary table 2, pushed in and retained by the rotary table 2 while a part of the sheet 1 is bonded with the container in U-shape. The container is moved in said state and one end of a section not yet bonded of the sheet 1 is bonded by a guide mechanism 7, and further both ends of the sheet 1 are overlapped by the rotation of the rotary table 2. The same is transferred to a welding mechanism 8 in said state, heated by a heater and pressurized to weld both ends of the sheet 1. |
