PURPOSE: To provide a crawler belt capable of improving productivity and durability, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: This crawler belt 100 comprises a steel link belt 10 comprising a connection link unit 11 having a plurality of link units 12 including a pair of links 13 connected to each other and plates 16 which are fixed to the pair of links 13 of each link unit 12 of the connection link unit 11 by welding, and extended in the direction orthogonal to the extending direction of the connection link unit, continuous pads 20 comprising cores 21 of the number equal to the number of the plates 16 fixed to each plate 16 of the steel link belt 10 and single urethane rubber belts 24 which are fixed to the cores 21 so as to cover the cores 21 from the contact ground side, continuous over the total cores 21, and provided with thin-walled parts 25 between the adjacent cores, and connecting means 30 for connecting the steel link belt 10 to the continuous pads 20, and the manufacturing method thereof is provided. Either or each of the plate 16 and the thin-walled part 25 need not be provided.
