PURPOSE: A method for organizing and managing a cyber apartment service is provided to reduce the distribution cost and a delivery time through the combination of the on-line and off-line service by opening a post store of a local distribution center concept in an apartment complex. CONSTITUTION: The cyber apartment service(10) using the Internet provides a home service such as an apartment management, a web phone, the regional monitoring, the telemedicine, the Internet stock trading, the VOD(Video On Demand) and a web pad, a home automation(70) such as the information home appliances control, the electric light control, the telemeter, and the crime and disaster prevention, and a regional service such as the on-line shopping and a regional store information service. A cyber shopping service(20) provides the information of the cheap goods and the events to the customers through a cooperation with an Internet on-line shopping mall(60). A regional store information service(30) provides the information for the regional stores(40). The post store(50) in the apartment complex is an off-line EC model linking with the cyber shopping service and acts as a market place of the on and off-line.
