PURPOSE: An apparatus for dry treating wet waste is provided to prevent environmental pollution by efficiently dry treating various wet wastes generated from households, restaurants, food processing plants or purification plants. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for dry treating wet waste comprises an injection hopper(50) in which a feeding blade(51) rotated by a motor (M1) is installed to coercively discharge injected waste; first drying drum(10) comprising a drum(11) that is connected to the injection hopper(50), and that is a casing both sides of which are opened, a compression screw(12) that is axially installed inside the drum(11) and rotated by a motor (M2), a rotation blade(13) that is installed on a rear shaft of the compression screw(12), a heating pipe(15) that is installed on the outer wall of the drum(11) with being connected to a boiler, and an insulating plate(16) enveloping the heating pipe(15); second drying drum(20) comprising a drum(21) that is connected to a discharge passageway(19) and a bypass passageway(18) of the first drying drum(10), and that is a casing both sides of which are opened, a compression screw(22) that is axially installed in the drum(21) and rotated by a motor (M3), a rotation blade(23) that is installed on a rear shaft of the compression screw(22), a heating pipe(25) that is installed on the outer wall of the drum(21) with being connected to the boiler, and an insulating plate(26) enveloping the heating pipe(25); third drying drum(30) comprising a drum(31) that is connected to a discharge passageway(29) and a bypass passageway(28) of the second drying drum(20), and that is a casing upper and lower parts of which are opened, a compression screw(32) that is axially installed in the drum(31) and rotated by a motor (M4), a heating pipe(35) that is installed on the outer wall of the drum(31) with being connected to the boiler, an insulating plate(36) enveloping the heating pipe(35), and a discharge port(37) that is installed on the outer circumference of the lower part of the drum(31); and an exhaust duct(40) which is connected to discharge passageways(19,29) of the first and second drying drums and an injection port of the upper part of the third drying drum and equipped with an exhaust fan(41) and a dust collector(42) to discharge steam generated from the drying drums to the outside. |
