PURPOSE: A power up stabilization circuit is provided, which is little influenced by a delay of a power up signal. CONSTITUTION: An external voltage detection part(100) generates the first control signal if an external voltage increases above a constant level, and an internal voltage detection part(200) generates the second control signal if an internal voltage of a memory increases above a constant level. A control signal synchronization part(300) outputs a high level when the first control signal and the second control signal are in low levels, outputs a low level otherwise, in response to only when both of the first and the second control signals are inputted. A delay part(400) delays an output of the control signal synchronization part, and a stabilization signal generation part(500) generates a power up stabilization signal in response to the first and the second control signal.
