A polycarbonate composition featuring improved adhesion to polyurethane, preferably polyurethane foam is disclosed. The composition contains (A) an aromatic polycarbonate and/or polyester-carbonate, (B) a graft polymer and (C) a copolymer of styrene and a monomer containing carboxyl groups, the copolymer having a weight average molecular weight Mw of >10,500 g/mol. Composite materials containing layers of the inventive composition and polyurethane layer, preferably foam, are also disclosed.
