PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation to rotate a lower grip part while operating a switch provided at an upper grip part by improving the operability of the rotating operation of the lower grip part. SOLUTION: The operating lever device 20 is provided with a rod 30 tiltably attached to a base part 21 and extending upward, a grip 40 rotatably attached to the upper edge part of the rod 30, and potentiometers 31, 33, and 67 for outputting detection signals corresponding to the tilting angle of the rod 30 and the rotational angle of the grip 40 when the rod 30 and the grip 40 are operated. The grip 40 is provided with an upper grip part 41 and a lower grip part 60 which are divided into two upper and lower stages. The upper grip part 41 and the lower grip part 60 are rotatable independently of the rod 30.
