PURPOSE: To solve the problem of troublesome management by collectively managing a plurality of types of power generating sources which fluctuate without any correlations between each other, and to simplify a construction of a power charging device by practicing charging with powers outputted from the plurality of power generating sources with a single charging function. CONSTITUTION: When a plurality of different power generating sources 12 are used for charging, even if the power generating capabilities of the power generating sources 12 fluctuate without any correlations between each other, as the power generating sources 12 are controlled so as to output same voltages determined by a charging unit 48, the powers are outputted to the charging unit 48 with same voltages, respectively. As the same voltage value is determined according to a difference between a present charge state and a full-charge state, charging by an overcurrent and charging exceeding the capability can be avoided, so that stable charging can be practiced. |
