PURPOSE: Provided are an optimized button type lithium battery, which minimizes potbellied phenomenon in a jellyroll forming step, and a process for producing the button type lithium battery. CONSTITUTION: The button type lithium battery is produced by inserting a jellyroll(30) into a case and then sealing, wherein the jellyroll(30) is formed by laminating an anode current collecting plate(32) on a cathode current collecting plate(31), laminating an anode current collecting plate(32') by rolling a connection part(37) of the anode current collecting plate(32), laminating a cathode current collecting plate(31') on the anode current collecting plate(32'), laminating a cathode current collecting plate(31'') by rolling a connection part(36) of the cathode current collecting plate(31'), laminating an anode current collecting plate(32'') on the cathode current collecting plate(31''), and repeating the steps. |
