PURPOSE: A safety handle to be installed to a wall is provided to allow a user to freely adjust a length of a handle member on a construction place according to an installation condition of the wall. CONSTITUTION: The safety handle to be installed to a wall consists of a handle member(10), and a fixing device(20) coupled to the both ends of the handle member to fix the handle member to the wall. The fixing device comprises a disk shaped cap(21) having a central bore(212) and a projected screw fastening portion(211), an L-shaped connecting tube(22) formed with a screw fastening portion(221) and a fitting portion(222), and a ring(23) formed with a fastening screw(231) therein in order to fasten the screw fastening portions of the cap and the connecting tube.
