PURPOSE: A burner is provided to reduce an environmental contamination by utilizing waste oil derived from a vehicle or a ship with providing a pre-heating plate and a DC motor pump in the burner. CONSTITUTION: A waste oil storing tank(10) is positioned at a left of a burner(1). A DC motor pump(20) is connected to the waste oil storing tank(10). An operating switch(21) is attached to the DC motor pump(20) so as to adjust an amount of waste oil supplied into a burner control device(50). A pressurized air pump(30) is positioned at a right of the burner(1) so as to transfer air into an air adjuster(40). Air supplied into the air adjuster(40) is introduced into an air inlet(52) formed in the burner control device(50). Waste oil and air are mixed in a nozzle(61) and ignited by an ignition device(80). A pipe is surrounded by a pre-heating plate(70). An electrode(71) is attached to the pre-heating plate(70) through a fixing plate.
