<p>The invention relates to a method for forming substantially vertical, water-impermeable walls by in-situ or ex-situ mixing of at least one hydraulic binder, a layered swellable clay and water and allowing the mixture formed in this way to set, in which method the layered, swellable clay used is an optionally modified montmorillonite clay which contains a binding stabilizer. This modified montmorillonite clay preferably also contains sodium carbonate. They hydraulic binder is preferably a fluidized bed ash with puzzolanic properties.</p> |
