<p>The paraboloidal plastic housing (1) has a top opening (6) above the bases (22,23) of the lamps (28,29). The opening is closed by a circular cover (5) centred on the vertical axis (4) and pressed upwards by an internal leaf spring (7) which is pivotable about the common axis (10) of two bearings (8,9) on the insides of supports (11,12) at opposite sides of the housing. The lamp bases are installed at the centre of a preferably paraboloidal concave reflector (15). For access, downward pressure on the cover forces it into the housing so that it can be pivoted to either side, leaving the opening unobstructed.</p> |
