PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high speed coating using a static field without causing a problems in a roller bearing part. SOLUTION: Unipolar charge is imparted to a surface-to-be-coated of a supporting body 1 by corona discharge. Next, a coating liquid 3 is applied on the surface-to-be-coated of the supporting body 1 with a coating die. The supporting body 1 is transported by many roller. In the roller R7, the charge generated by electrifying a surface opposited to the surface-to-be-coated of the surface of the supporting body 1 is removed. The removal of the charge is performed by grounding a destaticization brush 12 attached to a roller shaft 9. The roller bearing part 10 is never electrified by removing the charge and the problem of the damage to bearing balls is eliminated.
