PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize exchange system capable of exchanging prize balls into arbitrary articles desired by a player. SOLUTION: A point adding device is a prescribed information record medium having a function as a financial card corresponding to an account and records the number of prize balls, or the counting result of game media obtained by the player on a material possessed by the player. A realization device converts the number of the prize balls recorded in the information record medium into valuables and adds it to the account corresponding to the information record medium as a fund. After the prize balls are once added as the fund of the account, the balls can be used for the withdrawal of cash and the settlement of the credit similar to general fund.
