PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand grip type massaging machine capable of speedily heating and massaging an affected part by massaging it in the state of directly warming the affected part with warm air. SOLUTION: The hand grip type massaging machine is provided with a hollow casing 2 which can be carried with hands, a massaging member 4 connected to the tip part of this casing 2, and a blowing means housed inside of the casing 2 so as to blow out the warm air 11 toward just beside the member 4 from an exhaust port 6 formed at the tip part of the casing 2.
