PURPOSE: A system for managing a web project is provided to apply a project managing system smoothly and supply a project progressing state to a project client company by transmitting/managing/applying an access stage according to levels, and a classification of service contents, and performing a management according to each project be created in real time. CONSTITUTION: A grade classification according to members is performed in a web project managing system. A member performs a log-in process to the web project managing system and performs an access according to projects. The web project managing system performs a project service(S201). A project job, a project progressing report, and a project conference report are processed while the project related service is performed(S205-S207). The project progressing report is checked(S217), and E-mail is transmitted in real time(S212). A project-managing notice board is created according to levels applied by a member grade.
