PURPOSE: A method is provided to simply manufacture a cloth piece picture frame by forming knife scars along a border line on cover paper of a board and inserting the edge of the cloth pieces into the knife scars after clipping out various patterned waste cloth pieces, and a cloth piece picture frame manufactured by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The cloth piece picture frame is characterized in that a design is formed by forming knife scars having a depth of 2 mm on the upper surface of the vellum(6) as well as the board(4) along the boundary line of designed pictures on a board(4) on the upper surface of which a double-sided adhesive layer(5) is coated, and a vellum coated with vinyl on the inner surface thereof is adhered onto the double-sided adhesive layer(5), an overall cloth picture board(4) is formed by taking off vellum pieces(8) of a picture respectively, adjusting and thus adhering cloth pieces(3) made by cutting out a circumference of the cloth pieces so that the cloth pieces have a width 1.5 to 2 mm larger than the vellum pieces(8) to the taken off regions, and inserting respective surroundings of the cloth pieces(3) into knife scars(7), and the cloth piece picture frame is assembled by inserting a backside cover plate(2) into the picture frame(1) after adjusting and inserting the cloth picture board(4) into a picture frame(1), and by fastening clips(9) installed at each positions on the rear surface of the picture frame(1).
