PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediacy body for a cable and a cable which can aim at weight-saving and improvement of work environment as well as recycling property. SOLUTION: The cable 20 is composed of an insulation wire core 23 consisting of a conductor 21 and an insulation body 22, a mediary body (that for a cable) 24, a presser winding tape 25, and a sheath 26. The mediacy body 24 is to be formed by drawing resin composite in a sheet state made by mixture of 100 weight parts of plastic recycling material and 30 to 200 weight parts of inorganic fillers and later slitting and folding in a string shape.
