PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device capable of suppressing change of signal delay due to temperature change and a high fidelity switching circuit device. SOLUTION: First and second switches Q1 and Q2 for forming a half-bridge amplifier are provided. A command signal for performing on/off control of the first and second switches Q1 and Q2 is inputted to a first inverter circuit 8. The output of the first inverter circuit 8 is inputted to a second inverter circuit 9. The first control signal for performing positive-phase driving of the first switch Q1 is formed on the basis of outputs of the first and second inverter circuits 8 and 9, and a second control signal for performing negative-phase drive of the second switch Q2 is also formed. Resistors 38a and 39a having negative temperature coefficients are connected to the sources of the FETs 34 and 35 of a level shifter circuit 30 in order to compensate for temperature characteristics in the first and second inverter circuits 8 and 9. The temperature characteristics of the first and second inverters 8 and 9 are compensated for.
