PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client server system capable of grasping the data renewal interval on the server side on the side of a client without unnecessary access to a network and a possibility of failing in obtaining data which are highly frequently renewed. SOLUTION: In the case where a client 3 reads out data from a server 1, first of all, a processor 33 searches whether there is the same data in a cache memory 32, and if there is the same data, the processor 33 judges whether the contents of the cache memory 32 is the same as that in the server 1 on a network 100 or whether the data is to be renewed and to be read out again from the server 1. If the data is the same as that in the server 1, the processor 33 does not access the server 1 on the network 100, but reads out data from the cache memory 32. If the data is required to be renewed and read out again, the processor 33 reads out the data from the server 1 and accumulates the data in the cache memory 32.
